Clear Creek Cherry Brandy is Oregon's answer to the great Swiss and German Kirschwassers — and one of the most authentically crafted cherry spirits made in America. Fresh Oregon and Washington dark sweet table cherries are crushed, fermented, and distilled into a clear, delicate cherry brandy — also known as Kirschwasser, which translates to "cherry water" in German — an integral ingredient in Swiss fondue, Black Forest cake, and tortes. No colors, flavors, or sugars are added — true to Clear Creek's commitment to purity, ensuring an authentic natural taste that rivals the best Swiss Kirsch. The vanilla and almond character in the aroma comes entirely from the cherries themselves — a remarkable quality that only genuine fruit distillation can achieve. F. Paul Pacult described it as "delicate and serene — feline delicacy of cherry flavor robed in manageable spirit that plays like a string quartet — absolutely delightful," while The New York Times noted it "seems muted at first but comes alive in a subtle, minty aroma that evolves into the essence of sugared cherries." Serve chilled as a digestif, add to coffee, or use in baking. Buy Clear Creek Cherry Brandy online with fast shipping right to your door.
