Stahl ST Electric Chain Hoists are brightly coloured for safety purposes (in classic standard Stahl green and black). Lightweight and compact, this easy-to-install hoist can be up and running in just a few moments. Most units come complete with a chain box for storing slack load chain when the load is being hoisted upwards towards the unit. The low voltage pendant control sits lightly in the hand and is simple and efficient to operate making this hoist unit a pleasure to use.

Suspension Types:
When used in industrial applications Stahl ST Hoists are frequently fitted with a selection of different suspension or mounting types offering static up/down lifting or horizontal traverse (left/right) via their integrated beam trolleys- available in a manual or powered configuration. We always recommend powered travel trolleys when lifting over 1tonne- this is because large loads can be difficult to move, and once they start moving they can be difficult to stop- thanks to the Stahl powered trolley this is made easy.
