The 1176 has been used on countless classic records across rock, soul, funk, hip-hop, R&B and pop, and original vintage examples remain among the most sought-after pieces of analogue studio equipment.
This unit comes directly from the personal studio of Jimmy Douglass. Across a career spanning more than five decades, Douglass has worked with artists including Aaliyah, Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Aretha Franklin, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and countless others.
