Bushmills Peaky Blinders Prohibition Recipe Irish Whiskey is the official collaboration between the Old Bushmills Distillery and the BBC series set in 1920s Birmingham. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), it is a triple-distilled blend of malt and grain whiskeys, built to a bolder, higher-strength spec than the standard Bushmills Original to suit the era it celebrates.Expect caramel, honey and vanilla up front, then oak and baking spice, with the extra proof giving it more grip and a longer finish than most Irish blends. Bushmills recommends it neat or in Prohibition-era cocktails; it makes a fine Irish Old Fashioned or Tipperary, and it is a natural for a highball with ginger ale.The bottle carries the Peaky Blinders branding, which makes this 750ml release an easy gift for a fan of the show.
