Armonico is a modern Mexican gin created in 2017 by master distiller Andrés Valverde and his brother at La Insoportable brewery and distillery in Querétaro. Built to represent Mexico among the world's premium gins, it uses an extraordinary thirty-two botanicals, many of them endemic to Mexico, each distilled separately on a 300-liter copper pot still and blended at varying concentrations for balance.Bottled at a bold 100 proof in a 700mL bottle, Armonico is bright and expressive: fresh pine, lime zest and subtle spice on the nose, then a crisp, lively palate of juniper, orange blossom, citrus peel, coriander and earthy Mexican herbs, finishing smooth and refreshing. Compellingly unique yet satisfyingly familiar, it makes a superb Gin and Tonic, stands up beautifully in a Negroni, and is a natural for the mezcal-and-agave crowd looking for a gin with a sense of place.Buy Armonico Gin Ginebra Mexicana online with fast shipping right to your door.
