Palate: The first sip reveals the bourbon's complexity. Rich and full-bodied, it presents a harmonious blend of flavors. Sweet toffee and dark chocolate mingle with the spiciness of rye, while the influence of the port wine casks becomes evident, adding a layer of fruity depth. The palate is a delightful journey through layers of taste that evolve with each sip.
