Apologue Aronia Berry Liqueur comes from Apologue Liqueurs in Chicago, the craft producer that builds every bottle around a single, unexpected ingredient sourced from farms and foragers around the Midwest. Aronia, also called black chokeberry, is a deep purple superfruit native to the eastern U.S., prized for its intense color and puckering tartness. Apologue steeps the whole berries with a supporting cast of botanicals and bottles the liqueur at 24% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The taste opens with tangy, jammy sweetness and evolves into a bright, mouth-watering tartness, with a subtle herbal undertone that keeps it balanced. It is a bartender's tool: use it in place of crème de cassis in a Kir Royale or an El Diablo, add it to a whiskey sour or a gin fizz, or top it with soda over ice for an easy summer cooler.Buy Apologue Aronia Berry Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
